Why hasn't my first payment reached my bank yet?

First transactions can take longer while banking and identity verification is completed. Most established accounts get standard payouts within 1 to 2 business days, and eligible users can use instant payouts.

What happens if a customer disputes a charge?

If a customer disputes a transaction, the payment may be temporarily reversed while the dispute is reviewed under applicable payment network rules. We'll notify you if additional information is needed and keep you informed throughout the process.

How long does a refund take to appear?

Refunds are sent right away, but your customer's bank decides when the money shows up on their statement. That can take several business days, and the timing is outside Quikcent's control.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification helps protect you and the Quikcent community from fraud and financial crime. It also helps us comply with applicable financial regulations, banking partner requirements, and payment network rules. Depending on the services you use, additional verification may be required.

Delete your account and data

You can close your Quikcent account and delete your personal data at any time, in two ways.

Write from the email address on your account, or use the button. If you write from a different address, we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

What we delete

When you delete your account, we erase your personal data and remove you from our marketing and contact lists.

What we keep

As a payments service, we keep some records for as long as the law and our payment processors require, such as identity verification and transaction records. Deleting your account does not require Quikcent to delete information we must retain to comply with applicable law, including financial regulations, anti-money laundering requirements, tax obligations, Payment Network Rules, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and record-retention requirements. We hold them only as long as needed, then delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of them.

If we can't resolve it right away

If your issue is not resolved by our Customer Support team, you may request that your matter be escalated for additional review. Please include your case number, the email address associated with your account, and a description of your concern. We will acknowledge escalated complaints as promptly as practicable and provide updates throughout our review.

Payment and dispute issues

Resolution time depends on the type of transaction and product involved. Certain payment disputes, electronic fund transfer errors, or card-related claims may be subject to different legal requirements and investigation timeframes. Where applicable, additional disclosures will govern those processes.
